At Leaders of Tech we are a community focused on change. The aim of Leaders of Tech is to be a platform for healthy debate so that action and change will be readily adopted.
Our community is a diverse and inclusive group of current and future technology leaders. Because of this the Founders and Board Members have decided to start a Leaders of Tech Mentoring Initiative.
The aim of this mentoring initiative is to give future tech leaders access to the best minds in technology today and to create an awareness of the power mentorship can have on your career and the careers of others in your organisation and community.
This initiative is for people who are at a stage in their career where they are in a position to bring through the next wave of technology talent, but need support in how they nurture and train that talent.
We want to create an awareness of the value of mentoring. Both being a mentor and having mentors, this initiative will be a taster session to arm the participants with more information on mentorship and a set of goals to takeaway and action.
The ultimate goal is that we can create a better educated Leaders of Tech Community who can support people early in their careers.
