As Head of Operations, Jenny oversees the day-to-day running and management of Leaders of Tech. Jenny’s experience is in the People and Operations fields and recently graduated with a Diploma in Human Resource Management. Jenny’s main focus is customer happiness, experience and satisfaction. Jenny is also the Founder of our sister community Women Who Mean Business.
